THE HIGH COMMISSIONERS

It's a genuine thrill when a great band literally drops in your lap, exactly that scenario taking place this evening, The High Commissioners suddenly appearing, following me on Twitter.

A quick search on YouTube reveals the Anglo / French, London based quartet of Will, Domenico, Fecundo and Felix produce a raw, almost swamp blues sound, revolving around sophisticated guitar interplay with drawled earthy vocals, (imagine a cool James Morrison,)  tangentially disappearing on occasions down more psychedelic Cream like avenues.
